Information you provide
Our enquiry form collects your name, business name, email address and optional phone number. It also collects the details of each unpaid invoice (its number, the amount outstanding and the due date), any invoice copies you choose to upload, and details of the business that owes the money: its name, address, optional company number and a contact’s name, email address and phone number. It records your agreement to enquiry contact and an appropriate partner introduction.
Please provide only information needed to assess the unpaid invoices. Uploads should relate to the debt itself, such as copies of invoices. Do not send bank details, identity documents, medical information or personal information about anyone that the enquiry does not need.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the request and consider an introduction to an independent recovery partner. Your enquiry details may be shared with an appropriate partner for that purpose where you have agreed. The partner should explain its own privacy practices when it contacts you.
The form does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list. We may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, respond to requests and meet applicable obligations.
Our basis for processing
We rely on your consent for the enquiry contact and sharing described in the form. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Details you give us about the business that owes the money, including a contact there, are used to assess the enquiry and any next step for the unpaid invoices, and for this we rely on legitimate interests. For website security and administration we may rely on legitimate interests; legal obligations may also require certain processing.
Service providers and storage
This website and its enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, which processes submissions, including any uploaded documents, to support the service. Enquiry information may also be handled by GLO’s service providers where needed to respond and administer an introduction. Access should be limited to those who need the information for these purposes.
Information is retained for as long as necessary for the enquiry, relevant record keeping and applicable obligations. You can contact GLO for more information about retention and any international processing safeguards relevant to your information.
Your choices and rights
