Home Our feesNo surprises starts with the right questions

Let’s put the
small print first.

No win, no fee options can make it easier to consider recovery. The important part is understanding the agreement before you choose.

What does
“no win, no fee”
actually mean?

It commonly describes an arrangement where a recovery fee depends on a successful outcome. The precise definition of success, the fee and any exceptions depend on the independent partner’s written agreement.

It does not automatically mean every possible cost is covered, or that there is nothing to pay in every circumstance. Availability depends on the debt and the partner’s assessment.

We do not publish a standard recovery percentage because the partner must confirm the applicable terms for your enquiry. Ask for a complete written explanation before appointing them.

Five questions.
No guesswork.

Keep this list handy when
you speak to a recovery partner.

What counts as a successful recovery?

Ask about part payments, instalments and payments made directly to your business after the partner starts work.

How is the fee calculated?

Confirm any percentage or fixed fee, what it applies to, when it becomes payable and whether VAT is additional.

What other costs could there be?

Ask whether court fees, legal work, tracing or third-party services would be separate, and how approval for additional work is obtained.

What if nothing is recovered?

Get a clear explanation of any circumstances in which charges might still arise, including cancellation or withdrawal.

When and how will I be paid?

Confirm how recovered money is handled, when it is transferred and what reporting you can expect.

Our role.
Clearly explained.

No Win No Fee Services is an introduction service operated by Generate Leads Online Limited. We may receive a referral fee for an introduction.

We are not a law firm, do not carry out recovery work and do not set the independent partner’s recovery fees. Any recovery or legal services require a separate agreement with that partner.
