A little context.
A useful conversation.

Tell us your name, your business and how to contact you, along with the details of the unpaid invoices and the business that owes the money. Uploading copies of your invoices is optional, and you do not need to send contracts, bank details or confidential case documents to make an initial enquiry.

We use this information to understand the enquiry and consider whether an introduction to an independent partner may be appropriate.

02
Understand the options

Specialist assessment.
Clearer possibilities.

Where appropriate, an independent recovery partner can review the debt in more detail. They may ask for the invoice, agreed payment terms and relevant correspondence.

The partner decides whether they can help, explains the proposed approach and sets out their fees and terms. No win, no fee arrangements are subject to that assessment and agreement.

03
You decide

Your next move.
On your terms.

Read the agreement, ask questions and decide whether you want to appoint the partner. Your enquiry with us does not commit you to do so.

If you proceed, the independent partner is responsible for the recovery work and keeping you informed under their agreement. We do not conduct debt recovery or provide legal advice.

Before you say yes,
ask these.

  • What work is included in the proposed service?
  • What do I pay if money is recovered, including VAT?
  • Could court, third-party or other costs arise?
  • What happens if nothing is recovered or I stop the process?
  • How will I receive updates and raise any concerns?
